Our rings are handcrafted and made to order, meaning that creation + shipping times takes anywhere from 7-21 days. Pre-orders can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks.

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to the email provided which will allow you to view when your item has shipped, is in transit, and the estimated delivery date.

Our jewelry is made with gold-filled material, meaning that your jewelry is water resistant and made to last! So yes, you can wear your jewelry in the water without worrying about any greening or rusting.

However, we suggest you protect your jewelry from water and dirt to keep it in its absolute best condition and shine. We also advise you to protect your jewelry from any other substances or liquids that are harmful such as lotion, makeup, bleach, or any harsh chemicals to preserve its shine.

Our jewelry quality remains the same across all pieces! For some pieces, our gemstones may vary slightly in color and shape as they are structured organically. However, we love this about our natural pieces as it makes them unique to the wearer as no two gemstones are 100% alike.

We recommend you get your ring size measured at your local jewelry shop for the most accurate measurement. However, you can also estimate your ring size at home methods such as using a string or printing out an online measuring tools you can find online.

We provide a one-year warranty against any craftsmanship flaws, beginning from September 2023. The warranty begins from the moment you receive your shipment. If your handmade jewelry exhibits any such flaws within the first year, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
